The count might have gone up to 10 of COVID-19 patients under thorough testing in Gurugram till April 1 but presently only one patient is under treatment and not a single COVID-positive case is reported from the city in the last one week. Health Department officials claim it to be as their victory to see patients getting discharged daily.

Among the discharged are one 35-year-old doctor, four members of a family in Palam Vihar after a woman member returned from London on March 15. Her three siblings are discharged from hospital, father and grandmother also tested negative but yet to be discharged. Earlier this week, a couple from sector 50 and a 29-year-old female from sector 9 were also released from the hospital.
