Green tea and cardamom - By drinking 1-2 cups of green tea daily, the body gets detoxified. Other than boosting immunity, it is also helpful for weight loss. In such a situation, if you add cardamom to green tea, then its taste also increases and will help in controlling the sugar level too.

Cardamom and milk tea - Often people drink tea in the morning and evening. To this, adding one inch of ginger and cardamom can boost energy and remove fatigue from the body. The digestive system is strengthened by keeping diabetes under control. This also gives relief from problems like stomach pain, constipation, acidity, etc.

Cardamom and lemon tea - Weight gain due to bad eating habits is very common. This increases the risk of getting diabetes and other diseases. It is good to control it in time. Most people drink lemon tea to reduce their weight. The potassium, antioxidants, and antiviral properties of lemon tea aids in weight loss.
