They are the powerhouse of cells which generate energy for the whole body.

All the creams, pills and medicines in the world are useless to make you feel fresh and energetic if the powerhouse of your body, the Mitochondria isn’t functioning the right way. You will age rapidly, your skin will look dull, you will put on weight. Lose hair, and be prone to disease like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Autism, dementia, diabetes, migraine and lot more.

Unfortunately, most of us do not generate the energy our body is capable of producing due to faulty lifestyle, unhealthy eating habits, lack of proper sleep, unmanaged stress etc. If you feel lethargic, sleepy after a junk meal, remember there is excess f carbon dioxide in your body. To make your Mitochondria function the right way do the following.

One, include fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes and whole grains are all your cells need to function right way. Two, add dietary fibre in adequate amount. Three, say no to sugar, refined flour, and all the junk food. Four, quality sleep is essential for the powerhouse to rejuvenate. Five, do high-intensity interval training, strength training.
