It is common to develop Alzheimer's if you had a severe head injury as a child or at any time, or if you fainted because of the injury. There is no simple cure for Alzheimer's disease yet. Doctors also believe that this disease lasts for life. The disease is diagnosed and treated by examining neurological functions and by brain scan, ECG, MRI, CT scan and surgery etc.
