Lettuce: There are many ways to eat tomatoes, of which salad is the easiest way. Keep in mind that whenever you eat a salad or similar raw tomato, do not remove its peel, because most of its properties are found in its skin itself.

Tomato juice: You can start your day by drinking fresh raw tomato juice with black salt, this will keep your body agile, but remember that you should not take tomato juice on an empty stomach.

Tomato Soup: Boil tomatoes, grind them and add black pepper to it and drink it after making soup, it looks very tasty.

Tomato in vegetable: Apart from this, you can also use raw tomato or tomato puree in it to enhance the taste of the vegetable. And you can use it by making tomato chutney and sauce at home. It is good not to use tomato soup and sauce available in the packet.
