Amla is packed with a high concentration of vitamin C and antioxidants. Vitamin C is essential for a healthy lifestyle. Having an amla can help you cleanse and detoxify your body. It will also protect you from winter problems of cold and cough.

Amla contains antioxidants that can help provide a glow to your skin. It also acts as a blood purifier and thus can help get rid of blemishes on your skin. Amla also provides nourishment to your skin and scalp.

Better Digestion 

Amla contains fibre that aids the process of digestion. Some studies confirm that amla can help improve heartburn, gastroesophageal reflux disease(GRED) and even stomach ulcers.

Making Amla Juice
