The eSanjeevani OPD platform is one of the important pillars of Ayushman Bharat Health. Spreading its wings across India, it has completed 5 lakh teleconsultations in 6 months since its launch on April 13 th 2020

The coronavirus pandemic has caused a great impact on the health of every human being. Taking precautions is very important for people around the globe to stop the spread of the coronavirus. The Government of India has come with rules and regulations of safety precautions to stop the spread of COVID19. Wearing a mask, washing hands, sanitizing, and maintaining physical distancing are some of the important precautions to be observed by everyone. In this initiative, The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare had launched a new portal for an online consultation to avoid visits to doctors and thus maintain physical distancing. The eSanjeevani OPD has been launched to help people to access their doctors for case consultation online. The eSanjeevani OPD platform is truly a great step taken by the Government of India to help people across the country during this pandemic. This is one of the important pillars of the Ayushman Bharat Health and Wellness Programme in India. 

eSanjeevani OPD Emergence

Senior citizens are also participating in going digital to prevent the spread of coronavirus. The eSanjeevani initiative of the healthcare industry is serving 28 states. The eSanjeevani OPD serves contactless, safe, and risk-free consultations beneficial for doctors and patients.
