If you are consuming figs in the form of raw fruit then two to three fruits are enough. If the figs are dry, soak three figs in water overnight and chew them in the morning and eat them. There are many other benefits of eating figs. It is also helpful in relieving blood sugar levels, liver and digestive problems, and blood-related problems.
