▴ Are you lonely?
Today people are falling prey to loneliness due to many reasons. Whatever be the reason behind this, but it can prove to be very dangerous or even fatal for you and your health. This increases the risk of heart attack and depression manifold.

Loneliness can be deadly

If you're one of those people who don't have many friends or one of those people who don't have much interest in socializing with others, then there's bad news for you.

According to research, loneliness increases the risk of heart attack by 40 percent. Apart from this, the chance of dying prematurely also increases by 50 percent.

A surprising thing has also come to the forefront in this study, according to which most of the people who have already been heart patients are more prone to loneliness

Death is due to loneliness in heart patients or patients with chronic diseases.

Why does this happen?

According to research, people who are victims of loneliness are at a much higher risk of chronic disease and the risk of depression in such people is also higher.

According to this study

The risk of death is higher for those people who live alone in isolation from society or already suffer from cardiovascular disease due to less interaction with people. By staying among friends and family, you can avoid these diseases.

Apart from this, there are many reasons

Loneliness increases the risk of depression. If you are suffering from loneliness and feeling very depressed and down, then contact the doctor immediately, it can prove to be dangerous. When you live alone, there is a lot of stress about the future and career at that time, which can be very harmful to your health. Loneliness also affects your diet and food habits, at this time you prefer junk food more and do not even exercise. It is very bad in terms of health and its effect is visible on your body.

What to do?

Be sure to stay in touch with your close and special friends. Although it is also very difficult to maintain a relationship in loneliness, in the end, you also benefit from this. Whenever you feel lonely, go somewhere with someone, this can save you from loneliness.  Try to improve relationships, spend more and more time with family and friends.

Always keep one thing in mind that human beings are made to live in society physically and mentally, it is not our quality to be alone. If you are falling prey to loneliness it means you are going against what nature has made us.
