Ayurveda defines ashwagandha as a powerful herb that has the ability to heal the body and cure it from various illnesses. The scientific name for ashwagandha is Withania Somnifera and is considered an adaptogen. This adaptogen helps the body to respond to stress in a positive way and helps to relax. 

Indian ginseng  has been used as a traditional medicine in ayurveda since ages. It is well known for its anti-inflammatory properties which helps to ease out pain and inflammation. It has many other medicinal uses.
