Covid Cases in India - Current Update

According to the data released in the last 24 hours, there has been an increase of 80 percent in the cases of coronavirus in Maharashtra during this period. In the last 24 hours, 1,242 new cases of corona have been reported in Maharashtra.

The number of new cases of corona coming out within 24 hours in the country has crossed 5 thousand, which is considered serious. According to the latest data released by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, 5,233 new cases have been reported in the country within the last 24 hours. 

According to the data, during this period 7 patients have also died due to corona infection in the country. After the registration of new cases, the total number of corona infected cases in the country has increased to 4,31,90,282. Active cases of corona have also increased rapidly in the country, according to the data of the last 24 hours, the active cases of corona in the country have increased to 28,857. After the registration of 7 new deaths in the last 24 hours in the country, the total number of deaths due to corona has increased to 5,24,715. The rapidly increasing cases of corona are considered to be a sign of the fourth wave of coronavirus in the country.

Corona cases caught pace in June 

After the last several months, the new cases of corona in the country have crossed 5 thousand. New cases of coronavirus have started increasing rapidly since the beginning of June. If we look at the figures, according to this, for the first 4 days in the first week of June, around 4 thousand new cases of corona have been reported daily. In the first week, the cases of corona infection started increasing, after which the figure of 5 thousand has been crossed. 

Apart from this, according to the update released by the Union Health Ministry, the number of people recovering from corona in the country has remained the same, but active cases are increasing rapidly due to the increase in new cases. A total of 3,345 people have been cured of corona infection in the country in the last 24 hours.

Coronavirus Cases in Maharashtra And Kerala

Most of the cases of coronavirus in the country are from the states of Maharashtra and Kerala. 

No death due to corona infection has been registered in Maharashtra in the last 24 hours. Apart from this, corona infection is also increasing rapidly in Kerala. In the last 24 hours, more than 2 thousand new cases of corona have been reported in Kerala and during this time 2 people have also died. According to the figures revealed on Tuesday, 2,271 new cases have been reported in Kerala on Tuesday. The rapidly increasing cases in Kerala and Maharashtra remain a matter of concern for the entire country.

Apart from this, the situation of corona infection in the capital Delhi is also deteriorating continuously. For the last few days, there was a decrease in new cases of corona in Delhi, but once again the cases of corona infection have started increasing in the capital Delhi. According to the latest data released by the Health Department of the Delhi Government, 450 new cases of corona have been reported in the state on the last day. During this time the death of 1 patient has also been registered. It may be mentioned that a rapid vaccination campaign against corona infection is being run in the country. So far, more than 194.43 crore corona vaccine doses have been given to the people under the vaccination campaign in the country.
