Hyderabad, 11 February 2025: At the prestigious 32nd HYSEA National Summit and Awards 2025, held at HICC, Hyderabad, Rev. Daaji – Guide of Heartfulness & President of Shri Ram Chandra Mission shared profound insights on ‘Adapting to Technological Changes through Heartful Practices.’ The summit, themed ‘AI & Beyond: Redefining the Future,’ featured discussions on AI’s transformative potential across industries.

In his thought-provoking address, Rev. Daaji underscored the significance of integrating spiritual wisdom with technological advancement. He stated, “While AI gathers and processes external information, true wisdom lies in harnessing the intelligence within. Spirituality is not separate from progress; rather, it is the key to unlocking deeper insights that shape a more balanced and meaningful existence.”

AI brings unprecedented benefits and is seen to garner widespread adoption, it also introduces disruptions and uncertainties, leading to significant emotional and mental overload. In this rapidly evolving landscape, meditation serves as a co-pilot to clarity and calm, emphasis Daaji. Helping individuals manage stress, enhance focus, and cultivate resilience.

Engaging in a fireside chat with Ms. Pragya Misra – Public Policy and Partnerships Lead, OpenAI, Rev. Daaji emphasized the need to invest in the ‘right portfolio’—inner peace and self-awareness—to navigate the rapid advancements in AI without losing sight of human consciousness. He remarked, “Meditation is not about withdrawal; it is about heightened awareness. By cultivating inner stillness, we can enhance productivity and creativity while remaining deeply connected to our true purpose.”

Throughout the session, Rev. Daaji shared perspectives on managing stress, finding purpose, and integrating spirituality into everyday life. He highlighted that belief is merely the beginning, but true transformation happens when individuals move from belief to experience and ultimately transcend towards a higher state of consciousness. Addressing entrepreneurs and business leaders, he noted, “Stress is a part of life, but when you shift your focus inward, you learn to embrace it rather than resist it.”

A special book launch was also held at the event, unveiling ‘The Power of Paradox,’ authored by Rev. Daaji. The book explores the complexities of modern life, guiding readers to unburden their hearts and embrace clarity through meditative practices. A dedicated Heartfulness booth was set up, offering attendees the opportunity to explore meditation and mindfulness techniques. Eminent dignitaries graced the stage for the book launch, including Mr. BVR Mohan Reddy, Founder Chairman of Cyient, Dr. JA Choudhary, Founder of ISF and Chairman of the Indian Blockchain Standards Committee, Ms. Kavitha C from Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) Hyderabad, Mr. Raghavan Srinivasan from the US Consulate, Hyderabad, and Mr. Bharani Kumar, Past President of HYSEA, who had the honor of presenting the book.

The summit also featured other engaging panel discussions, including ‘Insights to Action - Agentic AI Shaping Improved Business Outcomes,’ ‘Operations to Innovation: Value Revolution @ GCC,’ and ‘Talent Frontier: Thriving in an AI-First World.’ The event concluded with the HYSEA Awards Ceremony, celebrating excellence in business performance, innovation, and startup growth. Industry stalwarts were also honoured with Lifetime Achievement Awards for their outstanding contributions to the IT and ITES sectors.
