3 Basil and honey - Using basil and honey can also prevent dengue. For this, you can drink basil by boiling it in water, adding honey to it. Apart from this, you can use basil in decoction or tea. The anti-bacterial properties present in it are helpful in preventing diseases.

4 Papaya leaves - Papaya leaves are known as a better remedy in the treatment of dengue. Dengue can be prevented by taking the juice of papaya leaves in the amount of about 2-3 spoons twice a day. It contains a protein-rich enzyme called papain, which improves digestion power, apart from increasing red blood cells.

5 Pomegranate - To overcome the lack of blood and weakness in the body in dengue fever, the consumption of pomegranate is beneficial. Vitamin E, C, A, and folic acid, and antioxidants present in it prove to be extremely beneficial. It also plays an important role in the formation of red blood cells, which is helpful in completing the anemia.

6 Fenugreek - Consumption of green leaves of fenugreek is helpful in preventing dengue. All the harmful and toxic substances get out from the body by their use. Apart from this, it is also beneficial in the problem of physical pain and insomnia. It can be used as a vegetable or by boiling it in water. Apart from this, fenugreek seeds can also be used.

7 Giloy - Giloy is like nectar in every kind of disease. Its use leads to the formation of red blood cells and increases immunity. Drinking its decoction with basil is beneficial. Apart from this, eating Giloy juice or its pills can also be beneficial. Using Giloy in any form two to three times a day is a panacea to avoid dengue.

8 Goat's milk - Yes, the consumption of goat's milk is very beneficial in case of dengue fever. For this, drinking a small amount of goat's raw milk two to three times a day is beneficial. Apart from this, it removes anemia, strengthens the immune system, and is beneficial in body and joint pain.

9 Jaware juice - By drinking the juice of wheatgrass, the formation of platelets in the blood increases rapidly and immunity also increases. Using it twice daily reduces the risk of dengue.

10 Soup - Apart from normal food, you must also use soup. This will preserve your taste and will remove the complaint of loss of appetite. Apart from this, it would also be better to use oatmeal, it will give you energy as well as improve digestion.

11 Herbal tea - By using herbal tea, the harmful elements of the body come out and immunity also increases. Use herbal tea two to three times a day.
