- Superfoods: Turmeric, amla, pomegranate, and beetroot became staples in her diet, offering antioxidants and immunity-boosting benefits.
- Healthy Oils: Meals were prepared with oils such as coconut oil, almond oil, and cold-pressed options, avoiding processed alternatives.

Intermittent fasting was central to her recovery plan. By restricting her eating window from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, she allowed her body to focus on repair and rejuvenation during fasting hours. Evening meals were kept carb-free, featuring quinoa instead of rice or wheat.

Water, a simple yet vital element, was consumed mindfully. She ensured its pH level was balanced at 7, emphasizing its importance in maintaining an alkaline environment in the body.

Much of her treatment was carried out at Government Rajendra Medical College in Patiala, demonstrating that effective care is not always tied to exorbitant costs.
