(One Medical) today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. One Medical has applied to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “ONEM.”
J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are acting as the lead bookrunning managers for the proposed offering. Allen & Company LLC, Citigroup, Piper Jaffray, Wells Fargo Securities, and William Blair are acting as bookrunning managers. Baird and Suntrust Robinson Humphrey are acting as co-managers.
