You will not get a cavity or dental plaque by eating things like apple carrot radish or salad. 

Gargling is a must - Gargle regularly. Gargle by mixing salt and mustard oil in neem or neem oil and massaging the teeth. This will help in removing cavities, plaque, and gingivitis.

Brush your teeth - Along with this, maintain dental hygiene. Brush twice a day, this will make your smile intact.

Use toothpaste that contains fluoride - Selecting a toothpaste is also important. The flavors or the taste of the toothpaste does not sort all the oral tissues, the ingredients like fluoride are what is actually needed to keep the mouth healthy.

Flossing is a must - Brushing doesn’t expel the small bits of food that stall out in the middle of your teeth. The best way to expel them is by flossing. Thus, one must floss each day to guarantee that one can stay away from pits and keep up a sound oral condition.

Use of mouthwash – Mouthwash plays the role of removing all the bacteria from the mouth to keep the mouth clean and hygiene. Mouthwash removes the plaque from the teeth. Use a fluoride mouthwash.

Keep your body hydrated - Normally drinking water keeps the body hydrated, yet it additionally keeps the teeth wipe every now and again flushing off the plaque and particles from the outside of the teeth. Water is very essential as it keeps the mouth clean and also helps to keep the mouth clean from bad breath.

Visit Dentist regularly – Regardless of whether you follow all these procedures, it is important to visit a dentist once in a while.
