The snacks that are served with evening chai are called evening snacks and since the cold winter breeze envelops us in the evenings, all we crave is to cozy up and have a snack.
So better we look at something healthier rather than gorging onto food items that we shouldn’t.

Ingredients:
1 cup Boiled chole
1 boiled and small cut sweet potato/ yam
1 finely cut green chili
1 finely cut tomato
1 finely cut medium onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 handful finely cut coriander leaves
1/4th teaspoon red chili powder
1/4th teaspoon chaat masala
Salt as per taste
Method:
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together (except coriander leaves, lemon juice, chole, and sweet potato) one by one.
- Add chole and sweet potato to the already mixed bowl and toss lightly to avoid breaking them.
- Garnish with some coriander leaves and lemon juice.
- Serve warm or at room temperature as a quick and easy snack for this cozy winter evening.
