3 Effective home made weight loss drinks with recipes

Carom Cumin drink

Ingredients - half a teaspoon of carom, half a teaspoon of cumin, and a glass of water. 

Method of preparation - For this, first put half a teaspoon of carom seeds and half a teaspoon of cumin in a glass of water, now boil it for about 15 minutes. When the water remains half a glass, filter it and drink it lukewarm on an empty stomach. After consuming it for about 2 weeks, the weight will start decreasing automatically.

Carom and cumin not only enhance the taste of your food but are also helpful in reducing weight. Both of these works to flush out the toxins from the body. Along with this they also improve the metabolic system due to which food gets easily digested in our body. It also helps in the absorption of nutrients in the body and doesn't allow fat to accumulate in the body, thereby helps in burning fat.

Honey and lemon water

Ingredients – 2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon honey, 2 cups warm water

Method of Preparation – Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl. Pour the drink into a glass. Serve it immediately.

Green tea with mint and lemon

Ingredients - 1 cup/250 ml of hot water, 6-7 mint leaves, 2 tablespoon green tea leaves, 1 whole lime

Method of preparation - Add water and mint leaves to a utensil of your choice. Heat the water until it starts to boil. Keep it in this state for at least five minutes. Switch off the gas and add green tea leaves. Allow them to soak for a minimum of five minutes. Remove the leaves with the help of a strainer and pour them into a cup. Drink while it is hot, to observe its benefits.
