How stress can affect your life?

It is stress that teaches us to overcome everyday challenges. We can also call it positive stress. But if you start taking more stress then your mental and physical health can be greatly affected, then it is harmful.

Stress gradually affects every aspect of our life. From small worries to big worries surround us all the time. Between waking up in the morning and going to sleep at night, there are many things that can start our stress like tomorrow's deadline, getting up early in the morning, being insecure about our partner or family members, taking care of children, breakups etc. Apart from this, other things such as people spending more time on their digital devices, not exercising, not reading good books or not spending time with their loved ones, etc. can be due to stress.

How does stress help us move forward?

Stress alerts you when you are in danger. Stress is also a little necessary for a person to survive. When something rich in stress occurs, stress hormones such as cortisol begin to develop. This gives you a signal that you should now go to a loved one or do something that makes you happy. Sometimes you can avoid getting hurt due to stress.

When does stress become unhealthy?

When stress becomes chronic or you start getting stressed over every little thing, then stress can take a dangerous form for you rather than beneficial. This has a negative effect on your emotional and physical health. You can also get a serious illness due to stress. This can weaken your immunity, affect your brain and your heart.
