How to cure melasma internally-

Many times people stop going out of the house due to the spots on the skin in melasma, due to which they become a victim of deep depression. In such a situation, there is no need to panic if a person has melasma. Along with home remedies, there are many such medicines in the market, using which a person can get rid of melasma completely in 2 week

Here below, the names of some medicines and ointments are being told which are effective in the treatment of melasma.

But before using these medicines or ointments, you must consult a qualified and experienced doctor.

Using any type of medicine or ointment without consultation can prove to be fatal for your skin.

Melasma ointment

Ointments are also very effective in the treatment of melasma.

Hydroquinone kojic acid Tretinoin steroids

Chemical peels are used in the medicine of melasma –

Glycolic Acid Retinol Mandelic acid Melasma Laser Treatment Laser treatment is also used to treat melasma (eg - pico laser treatment).

Melasma ayurvedic treatment

Turmeric – Ayurvedic Treatment for Melasma

Turmeric has anti-oxidant properties which help in removing any type of blemishes.

For this, mix 1 teaspoon turmeric powder in 2 tablespoons of milk and apply it to the stained area and leave it like this for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, wash the skin with lukewarm water.

Lemon – Treatment of Melasma

Lemon proves to be a panacea in the treatment of melasma.

It removes blemishes from the face 

Along with removing the blemishes of the face, it also brightens the skin tone naturally.

For this, take lemon juice in cotton and apply it to the stained area. Leave it on for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, massage it with light hands for 2 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water.

Apple vinegar/melasma ayurvedic treatment

In Ayurveda, apple cider vinegar is known to cure many diseases.

The properties of acetic acid present in apple cider vinegar make it effective as a potent bleach.

Along with removing the blemishes of the skin, it also plays an important role in making the skin soft and glowing.

For this, mix apple cider vinegar in 1 teaspoon of water and apply it on the stained area and leave it for 10 minutes. 

Onion juice - Treatment of Melasma

Onion is used in Ayurveda as a medicine for many diseases.

The properties of sulfur are present in onion juice, which along with nourishing the skin cells, also gets rid of skin blemishes.

For this, you grind two or three onions and sieve them.

Aloe vera gel – Melasma Ayurvedic Treatment

Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties as well as antiviral and antiseptic properties.

Aloe Vera is known as Ghritkumari in Ayurveda. The medicinal properties of aloe vera prove to be helpful in the treatment of many diseases.

Its gel proves to be very beneficial in melasma treatment (treatment of melasma).

It removes the dead skin and brings back the glow of the skin.

For this, cut the aloe vera in half from the middle and take out its gel. Apply this gel on the stained area and leave it for 20 minutes. 

Papaya / Papaya – Treatment of Melasma

Papaya as fruit has the ability to cure many diseases, as well as it proves to be beneficial in the treatment of melasma.

It contains active enzymes, which help in exfoliating the dead skin cells.

Then apply it to the affected areas and leave it for 15-20 minutes. After that, wash the skin with water.
