How to overcome anxiety?

You can take the help of some tricks, which can help you to get out of it immediately when you are anxious or worried. So, let's know what to do in case of anxiety?

The corona pandemic has changed the world. The entire population is affected by corona in some way.  Some are physically ill, some mentally. Stress and anxiety are two such words that are making people sick from the within. But in such difficult times, it is important that you keep your mind under control and try to stay positive in whatever way you can. In such a situation, it is important that you first correct your diet and make your lifestyle healthy. For this, you should take the help of yoga and exercise to calm the mind. 

 What to do in case of anxiety 

  1. Get out of closed places when you are anxious

When you are feeling very nervous and upset , the first thing you should do is get out of closed places. You should go to some open place and breathe fresh air or sit under a tree or may go to a place where there is some greenery. Greenery has a good effect on your eyes and your mind and you forget everything for a while. 

  1. Concentrate on Your Breath

By paying attention to your breath, you will be able to stay away from the thoughts that may be bothering you in your mind. For this, when you are out of the house, pay attention to your breath and take a strong breath in and exhale it. During this, keep walking and monitoring your breath. This will relax you and de-stress you as well.

  1. Listen to your favorite song and laugh

Your favorite song can completely change your mood. This is a way through which you can change your thinking immediately. Actually, when you are in stress, start listening to the song at the same time, this will pep you up. In this way you can control your mind by controlling its activity. 

  1. Think of three happy things

Look around you and think of some sweet memories. You will feel a little different and happy. Along with this, it will also help you to feel positive from within. In this way, you will come out of your anxiety easily.

  1. Move Your Hands, Fingers, and Shoulders- Use energy in right direction

If your mind is thinking fast about the same thing again and again, its is due to stress which leads to overactivity.  In such a situation, these tricks can be very useful for you during anxiety. For this, all you have to do is to move your hands, fingers and shoulders during the anxiety, this will make you feel better. The best solution for this is to go for a walk.

The easiest way to prevent anxiety is to do yoga everyday . In case of more stress, write down your thoughts or talk to someone on the phone. By doing these things regularly, you will feel that gradually your problem is decreasing and relieved from anxiety.
