19th, June 2024: HRS Navigation, a Series A-funded, Bangalore-based health tech company pioneering 'Made in India' medical navigation systems has announced its plans to expand its workforce to 30% - 40% this year from its current 90-member-strong team, focusing on its R&D (Research and Development) and Clinical Support teams. The move aligns with the company’s steady growth trajectory, driven by innovative product releases and a commitment to exceptional customer support.

Aiming for a 30% increase in its workforce, HRS Navigation plans on underscoring its strategic growth and long-term success. This expansion will help bolster the company's capabilities and ensure it meets market demands.

Tailored strategically, HRS Navigation’s hiring initiatives will involve recruiting college graduates and training them extensively, bringing fresh perspectives and cultivating future leaders familiar with the company culture.
