Safdarjung Enclave area of Delhi will be turned into a containment zone as directed by the District Magistrate (South) on Wednesday, after four persons of a family is tested positive with Coronavirus. Precisely, B Block of Safdarjung Enclave will be the new containment zone according to the DM’s office. South District is already having four containment zones, when Delhi has an overall 57 containment zone and one red zone added in the North District on Wednesday.
Specifically, according to the Delhi government, the G, H and I Blocks in Police Colony, Model Town, in the North District were made a containment zone. The areas that have at least three positive cases are declared as containment or red zones.
1,550 COVID-19 cases and 30 deaths are reported in Delhi.
