Coronavirus rebounds in China as 30 fresh cases of the COVID-19 during the same time when nine of the 13 districts of Wuhan city were declared 'low-risk areas', which implies a gradual return to normalcy. In its daily report, China's National Health Commission (NHC) says 47 new asymptomatic cases were also reported along with the 30 confirmed cases, when 1,024 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation, which include 244 are from abroad. Three deaths were also reported on Saturday, taking the death count due to deadly COVID-19 in China to 3,329.
