For people who complain of joint pain, their problems may increase during the monsoon. The increase in humidity during monsoon has an effect on the muscles. Monsoon becomes a cause of trouble for those who have arthritis or another joint disease. In Ayurveda, joint pain is treated with the help of some common herbs. You will easily find these herbs around the house.

Joint pain can be treated with the help of Ayurvedic painkillers. Ayurvedic pain killer means such natural herbs, which are used or consumed to relieve pain. Just like a pain killer goes into the body and works to eliminate pain. Taking Ayurvedic pain killers, including neem, eucalyptus, basil, ginger, turmeric, amla, walnut, linseed, etc can be helpful. You can use them in the form of paste, decoction, tea, and oil, etc.
