Joint Pain: Joint pain increases during monsoon. You can try some easy ayurvedic remedies to get rid of the pain.

For people who complain of joint pain, their problems may increase during the monsoon. The increase in humidity during monsoon has an effect on the muscles. Apart from this, changes in temperature and atmospheric pressure affect the joints. Joint pain, burning, or stiffness may be felt during monsoon. Monsoon becomes a cause of trouble for those who have arthritis or another joint disease. In Ayurveda, joint pain is treated with the help of some common herbs. You will easily find these herbs around the house.

  1. Using Ayurvedic Pain Killer

Joint pain can be treated with the help of Ayurvedic painkillers. Ayurvedic pain killer means such natural herbs, which are used or consumed to relieve pain. Just like a pain killer goes into the body and works to eliminate pain. Taking Ayurvedic pain killers, including neem, eucalyptus, basil, ginger, turmeric, amla, walnut, linseed, etc can be helpful. You can use them in the form of paste, decoction, tea, and oil, etc.

  1. Eucalyptus oil massage

Massage with eucalyptus oil to relieve joint pain. The problem of joint pain and inflammation is removed by the use of eucalyptus oil. To get rid of joint pain, you can heat eucalyptus oil lightly. Massage the joints with a light hand. If you massage the oil before sleeping at night, then the effect of the oil will be on the joints overnight and the pain will go away.

Joint pain can increase during monsoon, so do not forget to cover the joints with a cloth after massage. Do not allow air to blow on the joints after the massage.

  1. Ajwain

Ajwain is also used to treat arthritis pain. Ajwain acts as anesthesia to relieve pain. If there is severe pain during the monsoon, then you can grind carom seeds and mix dashmool powder in them. Make a paste and apply it to the knee. Dashmool has anti-inflammatory properties. To remove the pain in the knees, the mixture of carom seeds and dashmool will eliminate the pain from the root.
