2- Soaked Walnuts: The problem of joint pain can also be overcome through soaked walnuts. In such a situation, before sleeping at night, soak 15 to 20 walnuts in water and the next day take out the water from the walnut and consume the kernel. By doing this, the problem of joint pain can be relieved.

3 - Compress with ginger: Joint pain can also be removed by compressing ginger. In such a situation, boil water with ginger in a big vessel and soak a cotton cloth or towel in the prepared water and apply it to the affected area. By doing this, the joints are trained.
