Pay special attention to your feet - Patients with blood sugar often complain of swelling or burning in their feet. For this reason, these patients should pay special attention to their feet. After waking up in the morning, if any changes are seen in the feet, then do consult the doctor immediately. Make it your habit of checking it.

Manage stress level – Stress can affect blood sugar levels. Hormones like glucagon and cortisol are secreted during stress. These hormones can be responsible for elevating blood sugar levels.

Fenugreek seeds – These are a great source of soluble fibers that can manage blood sugar. It also helps in fasting glucose and improves glucose tolerance. Take only the recommended dose for effective results.
