In Maharashtra, 3,145 new COVID-19 cases were reported today, taking the cumulative total to 19,84,768.

In Maharashtra, 3,145 new COVID-19 cases were reported today, taking the cumulative total to 19,84,768. 

According to the State Health Department, 45 deaths were reported in the State taking the tally of deceased to 50,336. Case Fatality Rate in the State is 2.54 percent.
 

On the other hand, 3,500 patients were discharged today taking the tally of recovered patients to 18,81,088. The recovery rate of the State now stands at 94.78 percent.
 
As of today, there are 52,152 active cases in the State.


 
Out of 1,36,84,589 laboratory samples, 19,84,768 have been tested positive (14.50 per cent) for COVID-19 until today.  Currently 2,24,851 people are in home quarantine and 2,240 people are in institutional quarantine.
