Tooth problems you may take into your 30s

It’s an age when your oral health demands attention.

Entering into thirties is leaving behind the youthful twenties and entering into a matured adulthood. But before you start living your thirties, do not forget to pay attention to oral health. It should be your priority amongst all other health parameters.

Following are few dental problems you may encounter well early into your new age.

Tooth loss : A result of poor eating habits, lifestyle, faulty dental habits, and stress. The reason could also be built up of cavity. Check old fillings too, if any.

Stress : Not everyone knows that oral health and stress are related. Hard to believe but stress and anxiety go toy your jaw, which will compress and contract, along with grinding and clinching.

Bruxism : It is a dental condition in which you have fractured or chipped teeth. It can also cause increased tooth sensitivity if not corrected well in time.

Tarnished teeth : Also called teeth yellowing, caused mainly by faulty diet and lifestyle. Good brushing, rinsing and flossing can reduce yellowing.

Wisdom tooth problems : It happens typically between the age of 17 and 25. If our wisdom tooth is giving problems, extract it as soon as you turn 30, if not before that. It will avert the neighbouring area getting affected.
