Wear your health on your wrist

▴ Smart Watch
If you are health freak, wear these smartwatches to keep a track of your health parameters.

How much calories have burnt? How many steps have you walked? What is your heart rate when you exercise? What’s your sleeping pattern? Keeping track of all this and much more about your body, is now as easy as wearing smartwatch on your wrist while exercising, walking, sleeping etc.

Huawei Watch GT 2 pairs with your phone via Huawei Health App for Android and iOS lets you track workouts like runs, walks, swims, elliptical training, cycling and hiking. If you are doing an indoor activity it activates GPS automatically to record your route. In addition, it also offers you altimeter and atmospheric pressure metrics. Amongst its numerous fitness features are heart-rate tracking, stress-level read-outs, breathing exercises, and sleep monitoring.

Apple Watch Series 5 is a smartwatch which has an ECG feature baked into its rotatable crown along with a heart rate sensor at the back of the dial. The watch also notifies you of low and high heart rate to help you take preventive measures. It has a Breathe App that takes you through a guided exercise to help you relax and lower stress.
