New Delhi, 05.02.2024: Medulance, a leading emergency medical service provider, has launched ‘Medulance Healthcare Academy’, in an ambitious pursuit to elevate healthcare standards in the country by providing emergency medical training through courses designed to train high quality healthcare professionals. The academy will provide dedicated courses to transform education for healthcare professionals such as Emergency Medical Technician Course, Home Health Aid Course, Healthcare Hygiene and Housekeeping Aid Course, Advanced Life Support Course, and Basic and Advanced First Aid Training Course. The launch event was done in collaboration with the children of the Robin Hood Army on the occasion of Republic Day.

Notably, the initiative will also generate career opportunities for graduates of the Medulance Healthcare Academy, as they will have the exclusive opportunity to join the Medulance team. The academy will have expert instructors, state-of-the-art facilities, a comprehensive curriculum, hands-on training, and employment opportunities, making it a great place for producing new high-quality healthcare professionals and upskilling or upgrading existing ones. They can enroll themselves and embark on a journey to become a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional. Graduates of the academy would be contributing to the improvement of healthcare services in the country.

This collaboration also aims to generate employment opportunities for the Indian youth. The academy would offer upskilling for workers in the healthcare sector like ASHA workers, NGO volunteers, civil defense workers, and community workers. The academy plans to train around 100 students under this program, aiming to create more employment opportunities in the next 18 months.
