Follow a nutritious diet

When your system is nourished with vitamins and minerals, your hair is bound to shine. It is important to include a diet rich in vitamin C containing amla, til, ghee, dates, and raisins which will help in accelerating hair growth and lead to healthy-looking hair. A balanced meal including proteins, minerals, healthy fats along with carbs should be taken for healthy hair growth.

It is recommended to stay away from excess sugar, and salty and processed foods which can activate inflammation of the scalp causing more hair fall.

Health clean scalp and its maintenance

Maintenance of a healthy clean scalp is a must for beautiful long hair. It is important to be gentle with hair care while washing hair. Hot water should be avoided and hair baths can be taken in lukewarm water. It is recommended to shampoo thrice a week to get rid of any dirt, grime, or sweat. You can also try out a healthy mask to condition hair and moisturize the scalp in the right way to keep it healthy. Good scalp hygiene with regular washes helps in reducing dandruff and leads to a happy scalp.

Healthy sleep

It is important to allow the body to heal with good quality sleep. This will ensure healthy hair growth. Sound sleep can help repair the body in the right manner. A good sleep cycle of 8 hours prevents stress and allows hair to grow.

So, embrace a healthy lifestyle based on natural and holistic healing to get healthy hair growth with long-lasting results.
