People who are more at risk –
High intake of iron and protein. High BP and high thyroid ObesityDiet
Food to eat – Green vegetables, fruits, egg, coffee, green tea, tea, whole grains, oats, brown rice, jawar, dry fruits.
Food not to eat – curd, meat, fish, soy milk, avoid dal rice at night.
Tips to lower uric acid level
Bathua water - Take out the juice of Bathua leaves and drink it on an empty stomach, do not eat anything for 2 hours after drinking the juice. Try this for 1 week, you will see the difference.
Olive oil – Use olive oil for regular use in the kitchen. It contains a rich quantity of vitamin E and other important nutrients that are helpful in decreasing uric acid levels.
Flaxseed - Eat flaxseeds half an hour after having a meal.
Carom water - Soak a spoonful of carom seeds in a glass of water overnight and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. You will get to see the difference in a week.
Amla – Prepare a mixture of amla juice with aloe vera juice and drink it but before this take any doctor's consultation.
Raw papaya - Cut raw papaya and boil it in 2 liters of water for 5 minutes, then filter it and cool it. Drink it 2-3 times a day.
Coconut water – Coconut water is very beneficial for uric acid patients.
Drink plenty of water – This is useful in removing excess uric acid. So, keep drinking water frequently and keep your body hydrated.
Baking soda - Drink half a teaspoon of soda in a glass of water, uric acid will be reduced.
Apple cider vinegar - Mix two drops of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and consume it twice a day. For best result, continue having it for two weeks.
