The best time to do yoga is in the morning, if for some reason you are not able to do yoga in the morning, then you can do yoga in the evening even at sunset. Yoga should always be done on an empty stomach. For doing yoga, only comfortable and lose clothing should be worn. Yoga should always be done in an open and quiet place. Do not force your body, gradually your body will be flexible with regular practice. Pranayama should always be done after yoga. If there is any medical problem, then first take the advice of your doctor and only then do yoga. Be patient with yourself. It may take some time to feel the benefits of yoga. You will not start getting its benefits (mental benefits of yoga) just by practicing for a day or two.

Sukhasana (Easy Pose)

Sukhasana helps to calm the mind. Keeping the mind calm has become very important in today's hectic lifestyle. Sukhasana is a very good posture to remove stress, tension, and depression.

Balasana (Child Pose)

Balasana is an asana that relaxes your entire body. Whether there is mild back pain or headache, you will get immediate relief by doing Balasan. Along with this, by doing Balasan, the flow of blood towards your face increases, due to which blood reaches the face easily, due to which the withered face also glows.

Benefits of Tadasana (Mountain Pose Benefits)

The biggest advantage of Tadasana is that it corrects the posture of your body. Those who walk with a lot of leaning, sit in a bent position, walk with their shoulders down, should practice this asana regularly. With this ease, a different change will be seen in your personality. Along with this, this asana also helps in increasing the height.

Vrikshasana (Tree Pose Benefits)

 Vrikshasana helps in improving the balance of your body. It enhances your concentration and makes your legs strong. If you are studying yoga then you must do this asana.

Benefits of Downward Facing Dog Pose

The blood circulation of the body remains fine with Adho Mukha Svanasana, by eating all the parts of the body, blood reaches the face and head, which is a very good thing for the health of our face and hair.
