Two Indonesians who had come for pilgrimage are tested positive for the novel coronavirus on Wednesday. These cases have taken the entire number of novel coronavirus cases to 13 in Telangana.

In Telangana seven foreigners, who had come for pilgrimage are tested positive for the novel coronavirus on Wednesday. They are Indonesians. They were a part of the pilgrimage group that were put into isolation on March 16. These cases have taken the entire number of novel coronavirus cases to 13 in Telangana, of which 12 are active cases and one who was cured is under home quarantine. Incidentally, nine of the 12 active cases are foreign nationals. Eight of them are Indonesians, the other one is from India but held foreign citizenship. A fresh case of coronavirus is reported on Wednesday and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao called for a "high-level emergency meeting" on preventing the spread of the virus.
