Symptoms of weakness in body:

Most of the people feel weakness in their body at some point of time. During this time the person does not feel like doing any work. Always feel tired and lethargic. When you feel weak, then you do not feel like doing any work. During this, you feel lethargic, due to which the yawning keeps coming again and again.

Our body is not able to do any work when there is weakness in the body. We always feel tired. If you often feel tired, it could be a symptom of weakness in the body.


  1. Irregular heartbeat:

If you feel weak, your heartbeat may also become irregular. During this, sometimes the heart rate may increase, and sometimes it may decrease.


  1. Confusion:

If there is weakness in the body, you may feel restless, and confused. In this situation, you may find it difficult to work.


  1. Loss of strength in muscles:

When we feel weakness, we do not feel strong. Our muscles can feel tired and weak.

Remedies to remove weakness of body

To remove the weakness of the body, first of all keep a distance from caffeine. For this, avoid tea, coffee. Also avoid taking alcohol.

Exercising is good for health, but to avoid weakness, avoid excessive exercise.

Many people go on dieting to keep their weight under control. In this case, weakness may be felt. So avoid dieting.

Include high calcium, high protein and low fat foods in your diet.

To keep yourself hydrated, take a liquid diet. Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day.

To stay healthy, it is also necessary to get enough sleep. To remove the weakness of the body, take 7-8 hours of sleep.

Include nutrient-rich foods in your diet. Try to have a balance diet.

Avoid taking fast food, junk food etc. They do not contain nutrients, this can lead to a feeling of sluggishness
