Tips to wear high heels without pain

Keep these tips in mind while wearing high heels, there will be no pain in the feet. Try these tips and take measures to wear high heels with pride and get started today!!

Wearing heels also have different confidence of its own. Whatever outfit you are wearing, if you wear heels on it, then different confidence comes, in gait, in the shield, in attitude. Quite classy, isn't it !!!. Wearing heels makes you feel beautiful in yourself.

But what is the use of looking that beautiful? Of that attitude after which you cannot even lift your feet. What is the use of such a fashion in such a way, that after doing which it becomes difficult to walk properly for two days?

How to find a solution to be fashionable, look trendy and not have to suffer pain? Is there anything that can save us from this pain? So the answer is yes! If some tips are followed, then even wearing heels can walk comfortably, that too without any pain! Let's see how-

Moisturize-

It is very important that you moisturize your feet well before wearing heels. However, this tip should always be followed. Because the softer and silkier the soles of your feet are, the less your footwear will hurt. Also, when the feet are soft and moisturized, there will be no blisters in it and there will be no burning on the edges.

So do moisturize. Do it every day.

Get the right size footwear

Knowing the size and type of your feet is very important. Nowadays, in the midst of online shopping, when we take footwear without checking, especially fancy and heels, many times they are either a big number or a small number.

Always remember one thing, as long as the footwear will be the size of your feet, being perfect but small or big will definitely cause problems. Sometimes there is a danger of twisting the feet. This can lead to a sprain or even a muscle rupture.

And if the size is small or tight, then there is a blister, burn, or cut.

So, after trying on the heels as much as you can, take a step or two to see.

Pay attention to the shape of your Feet

All I mean to say is that sometimes our feet are not made for high heels, so in such a situation when we ignore things and keep wearing heels on a long-term basis, many damages can happen. As such, our gait may be impaired. There may be a pain in the ankles. There may be a pen in the fingers, etc.

But the thing is, what is the shape of the foot? So let me tell you that the shape of the foot determines whether your feet are curvy or flat! That is, the sole of the foot touches the entire ground from inside, or is it upwards with a slight curve i.e. a C shape?

Because then you will be able to understand whether you have to wear heels or not?

Actually, it is not right to wear heels on flat feet. Those whose feet are flat should wear platform heels or black heels. Not Pointed.

Or if your feet are wider than the front, then you should wear less or not wear closed footwear from the front. Because it won't let you go. It will be so tight from the front that either you will bite or blisters will come out. And at least I would not recommend both the situations.
