1. Chest Discomfort

2. Fatigue, Indigestion, and Abdominal Pain

You may feel tired when you are sick with the heart. During this time the person may also complain of nausea, indigestion, and abdominal pain. Not only this, but the problem of vomiting can also occur at this time. Although they do not seem to have anything to do with the heart, they can happen during a heart attack. Therefore, you should not ignore these symptoms as normal.

3. Diffusion of pain in the arm

Pain on the left side of the body can also be a symptom of heart failure. In this condition the pain starts from the chest, the pain increases in the lower side. For some people, this pain spreads to the arm as well. This is also a sign of an unhealthy heart.

4. Dizziness

Well, dehydration also causes dizziness. But it can also be a symptom of an unhealthy heart. If you experience sudden dizziness, difficulty in breathing, consult a doctor immediately. Because you may have a problem with low blood pressure. In this condition, our heart is not able to pump the way it should.

5. Sore throat or jaw

By the way, pain in the throat or jaw is not related to the heart. This happens because of a cold or sinus. But sometimes due to chest pain or pressure, the pain spreads to the throat or jaw, it can be a sign of heart attack.

6. Getting tired very quickly

It is normal to snore a little while sleeping. But unusually loud snoring that sounds like gasping or choking can be a sign of sleep apnea. That's when you stop breathing for brief moments at times during the night while you sleep. This puts extra pressure on the heart. That's why you should not take this symptom lightly.

8. Sweating

Excessive sweating without any work, workout can be a sign of heart disease. In fact, sweating occurs when the heart is unable to pump blood properly. If you see these symptoms, see a doctor immediately.

9. Chronic cough

 This happens when the heart is unable to meet the demands of the body. Due to this the blood starts leaking back into the lungs.

10. Inflammation

If you have swelling in your feet and ankles, then this is also a symptom of heart disease. This is a sign that your heart is not pumping blood effectively. In fact, when the heart is unable to pump fast enough, blood backs up into the veins and causes swelling. So if you have swollen feet, do not ignore them.

11. Irregular heartbeat

When you are nervous or excited, it is normal to have a rapid heartbeat. But if you feel this way often, then definitely see a doctor. Heart palpitations can also be a sign of heart disease.
