Easy Exercise With Pillow

Pillow is present in every home and people use it to keep their head on the bed. But for housewives who are busy with household chores, it can prove to be good equipment for workouts. A small size square pillow is considered perfect for exercising. The size of the pillow may be small but it should be heavy. With the help of pillows, housewives can practice some such exercises which are considered very beneficial for their health and fitness. Let's know about it.

Squat Toss Exercise

With the help of pillows, you can easily practice the squat toss exercise. Practicing this exercise benefits your upper body as well as your lower body. Follow these steps to practice the squat toss exercise.

First, take the pillow and toss it upside down.
After this, while doing squats, rise upwards and hold the pillow.
Now take the pillow back in your hand and go downstairs.
After staying in this position for a while, repeat the same process again.
Do this exercise in 20 reps in the beginning.

Side Slam

With the help of pillows, you can easily practice the side slam exercise. These exercises are considered very useful to strengthen your muscles and increase your fitness level. Regular practice of this also reduces your stress. The practice of side slam exercises is considered very useful in case of extreme fatigue and poor fitness of the body. Follow these steps to practice it.

First of all, take a pillow and throw it hard towards the wall. Use both hands to throw this pillow strongly towards the wall. After this, press the pillow on the wall by hand. Do this process in 30 reps. Its exercise is considered useful for your arms and back.

Wall Press Exercise

Exercise wall press done with the help of pillows is considered very beneficial for women's health. You can practice it regularly. This exercise strengthens your chest, back, shoulders and arms. Wall press exercise is also very beneficial in increasing the breast size of women. For men also this exercise is very beneficial in widening the chest. Follow these steps to practice it.

To practice this, first of all, stand with your hands at a distance of about 2 feet from the wall. After this, keep both your hands at a distance equal to the width of the shoulders. After this, keep your fingers in the upward direction. Now do pushups against the wall. To do pushups, bend both your hands at the elbows and bring your head to the wall. For this, you use pillows on the wall. After this, keep both the hands straight from the elbow side and keep the head away from the wall. After that come back to your position. Now repeat this action over and over again. Do this exercise about 20 to 30 times.

The practice of these 3 exercises with the help of pillows is considered very beneficial for health. This pillow exercise for housewife women is very effective and beneficial.
