Bloating is a difficult problem to be treated. Lifestyle modifications and home remedies can help to a great extent to reduce bloating. So, get started with home remedies that can help a great deal.

Ginger

1-inch piece of ginger 1 cup water One teaspoon honey (to taste)

HOW TO USE:

Put ginger and water in a pan. Then put the pan on the gas and let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes. When the time is up, sieve it in a cup and add honey to it to enhance the taste. Now sip it and drink it like tea. It can be consumed daily to get relief from gas and flatulence.

Consuming ginger can also provide relief in the problem of flatulence. In fact, ginger has been used for years to relieve stomach-related problems such as constipation, diarrhea, belching, indigestion, vomiting, nausea, and flatulence. At the same time, this has also been accepted in research by Food Science and Nutrition. On this basis, it would not be wrong to say that the use of ginger can prove beneficial in the problem of flatulence.

Pumpkin

1 cup chopped pumpkin 2 cups water

HOW TO USE:

Boil the chopped pumpkin in water Then use this boiled pumpkin to eat.

Benefits

The benefits of pumpkin can also be helpful in terms of controlling flatulence. In fact, pumpkin is counted among the low fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyol-rich foods (FODMAPs). Such foods are believed to help with irritable bowel syndrome and may help reduce its symptoms, including flatulence. On this basis, it can be believed that pumpkin can prove to be helpful to some extent in reducing the symptoms of flatulence seen due to problems related to the intestines.

Lemonade

1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 glass hot water

HOW TO USE:

Warm a glass of water lightly. Now mix lemon juice in warm water. Consume it daily in the morning to reduce the symptoms of flatulence.

Benefits

To get relief from problems like gas and flatulence, drinking lemon mixed with lukewarm water can also prove to be very beneficial. This can be understood through two different types of research. In research related to lukewarm water, it is believed that it can tighten the intestines as well as relieve the problem of constipation, due to which there can be a problem of flatulence.

Lemon, on the other hand, is included in foods containing less fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyols (FODMAPs), which are known to help with irritable bowel syndrome. At the same time, the problem of irritable bowel syndrome is also included in the causes of flatulence. Considering both these facts, it can be assumed that drinking lemon juice mixed with lukewarm water can be helpful in relieving the problem of flatulence.
