It becomes extremely difficult to consume a healthy diet while traveling. Together, you drink water from place to place and eat outside food while traveling throughout the day. Sometimes this food becomes very oily and you start having many types of problems in your stomach. Also, it can spoil your digestive system but if you want to stay fit and also want to pack healthy food during travel and stop during the halt you can consume these healthy things.

  1. Pepper Popcorn

Popcorn is a great snack option while traveling. You can eat it comfortably while walking on the road and sitting anywhere. You can also take it as a light snack while traveling by train or plane. The best part is that it is easy to store and take wherever you go. But you should keep in mind that instead of outside-made popcorn, eat homemade popcorn because you can easily make many types of popcorn at home, and popcorn made outside is made stale and processed way. You can make it with the help of olive oil or black pepper.

  1. Wheat and Nut Mix

Many of us buy packs of chips and snacks from outside before leaving for travel so that hunger can be satisfied by consuming these things during travel, but if you are looking for a healthy option for food, then for this You can pack wheat and nuts mix. In this, take a handful of almonds, pistachios, peanuts, dry fruits, and roasted grams and mix them well in a bowl. You can mix it with lemon juice, olive oil, cornflakes, or mustard oil and pack it.

  1. Fruits

The best food item while traveling is fresh fruits and these you can easily pack in your travel bag. However, fruits are easily available in most places and do not require much effort. Also, it just has to be washed and eaten properly, so there is not much problem. However, do not consume any cut fruit from outside, or else it may contain bacteria and contaminants. This can cause you many health problems. The fruits are also light and are easily digested. Due to this, you do not have any problem with indigestion.

  1. Bread Dhokla

This is yet another non-perishable dish. You can easily make and pack it and keep it. It is very tasty and easy to cook. This dish is made from a batter of bread crumbs with a little rava. Adding ginger and green chilies to it can make this very tasty dhokla. You can have it with some delicious green chutney. You can pack it and keep it while traveling.

  1. Banana Chips

Banana chips are very good for our taste and can be easily bought as they are always available in the market or you can even make it at home. It is very simple and easy to carry. In this, you take raw bananas and cut them into thin, fine slices and deep fry them. Sprinkle some red chili, salt, or pepper over them. You'll need an air-tight container to store them so they last for a few days. You can eat it anytime.
