Top vegetables and fruits which boost oxygen levels in the body

Eat energy-rich foods that increase the oxygen-carrying capacity in the body which is a must for a healthy lifestyle. This COVID pandemic lets us incorporate oxygen-boosting foods into our diet.

Not only Delhi-NCR, but the air has also become polluted almost everywhere in India, especially in cities. Now the reason is stubble or the smoke coming out of factories and vehicles, your health is being directly harmed. No matter how much you exercise, do yoga or wear a good quality mask, if your body does not get oxygen or fresh air, then diseases will increase. It is wise to avoid polluted air by wearing a mask, as well as to make your food in such a way that you get oxygen.

Oxygen boosting Fruit

You will be surprised to know that along with being rich in vitamins and minerals, fruits also contain alkaline, due to which some fruits work to give oxygen to your body. Check out their list here:-

Banana

Alkaline is found in good amounts in both ripe and unripe bananas, as both are not acidic. Although its pH scale is 4.5 and 4.7, yet it helps in increasing the oxygen level in the body.

Kiwi

Vitamin C is found in good quantities in Kiwi. Because of this, it increases the supply of oxygen to the blood cells.

Lemon

Just as vitamin C protects the body from diseases by giving energy, similarly this food like lemon also helps in increasing the oxygen level in the body.

Grape

Grapes contain a good amount of antioxidants, which work to reduce the free radical cells present in the body as well as increase oxygen.

Papaya

There are innumerable benefits of papaya. You must have seen, almost all patients are advised by doctors to eat papaya. One reason for this is that the pH value of this fruit is more than 8.5. For this reason, by increasing oxygen in the blood cells, it makes the patient healthy again.

Mango

Not only taste, mango also works to increase oxygen in the body, so include them in your diet during mango season.

Watermelon

Watermelon contains a good amount of alkaline, due to which the pH level of the body also remains above 8. 

Let us tell you, to measure the pH level in all things, a scale from 0 to 14 has been taken into consideration. In this, foods on a scale from 0 to 7 have a low pH level, meaning these foods are acidic, which reduces the amount of oxygen in the body. At the same time, alkaline is found in foods that come on a scale from 7 to 14, that is, these foods increase the amount of oxygen in the body.

Oxygen Rich Vegetables

Not only fruits, but many vegetables also contain alkalines. Include these vegetables in your diet daily, so that your body never lacks oxygen:-

Garlic

Garlic contains a good amount of alkaline, as its pH value is above 8. For this reason, it is recommended to eat one garlic clove every morning.

Cucumber

Cucumber has good water content and is not acidic at all and helps in increasing the good amount of oxygen in the body.

Broccoli

This green cabbage contains many types of vitamins and antioxidants. Along with this, broccoli is also a very good source of giving oxygen content to the body. Along with broccoli, cabbage is also a good source of alkaline.

Sweet potato

Sweet potatoes are rich in minerals as well as potassium and magnesium. Along with this, the oxygen level in the body also increases by eating it.

Carrot

Roots Vegetable or all the vegetables that grow under the ground contain a good amount of alkaline, which helps in increasing the oxygen level in the body, such as carrots, potatoes, and sweet potatoes.

Spinach

Not only spinach, but almost all leafy vegetables contain a good amount of alkaline.  The pH level of spinach is between 5.1 to 5.7.

Cabbage

This leafy vegetable is not acidic, but all varieties of cabbage such as broccoli and cauliflower, cabbage, cabbage, etc. have a good amount of alkaline. At the same time, the pH value of cabbage is also between 5 and 7.

So, incorporate these foods into your diet for better oxygen levels.
