On Thursday German software group SAP stated that it had temporarily shut down its offices in India for sanitization after two employees tested positive for the H1N1 virus in its Bengaluru office.
The company notice states that there are few cases of H1N1 (Swine Flu) reported out of Bangalore (RMZ Ecoworld office), considering the situation they encourage their employees to work from home between February 20 and 28 as they sanitize the office premises.
Swine Flu spreads through the air and their symptoms are sore throat, cough, body ache, headache, fever, chills, and fatigue. "The health of our employees is our priority and it is critical that we provide the current information and guidance to help limit the spread of the H1N1 virus," it said.
