Sarvangasana

Lie down on your back. Keep the feet together. Keep the hands on either side. Keep the palms facing the ground. Breathe in and raise the legs slowly. You can also take the help of hands while raising the legs. By moving the feet to 90 degrees or 120 degrees, lift the hands and place them behind the waist. Do not let the elbow rise. Keep the legs together and straight. Wait a few moments, then slowly come back to the previous state. Close your eyes and keep your attention comfortably on the third eye between the two eyebrows.
