Check out the various exercises which you can do from your busy schedule and adopt a healthy lifestyle. Stay fit while working out indoors and make the most out of exercises.

If instead of going to the gym, you are doing workouts by staying at home. But even after the workout you are not getting the desired result, then it may be that you are making some mistakes during the exercise, such as-

If you are going to exercise for the first time, then instead of exercising on your own, take the advice of a trainer.  If you are starting your workout session for the first time or after many days, then start the workout with light exercise. Have a trainer with you during this time, take special care of this. While exercising daily, take a break of 5-10 minutes in between. If you exercise throughout the week, it is necessary to give at least 1-day rest to the body. Do not start the workout with heavy exercises like weight lifting or crunches. Do 10 minutes of stretching before starting heavy exercise. Due to this, the muscles are flexible and there is no fear of injury during workouts. If you exercise regularly, then pay special attention to your diet.  Set your fitness goal before exercise. If you do workouts with planning, then you will get the desired result. Do different types of exercise daily. Not doing the same type of workout every day can lead to boredom

Take care of diet

Drink plenty of water to always keep yourself hydrated. Keep healthy options like Chana, Kurmura, Peanuts, Sprouts for the hunger of four o'clock. Avoid junk and outside food  Take salad with daily food. A salad rich in fiber keeps your digestion right. Do not drink more than 2-3 cups of tea or coffee throughout the day. Always do lunch and dinner on time. This maintains regularity, which is beneficial for our health. Always keep a box of dry fruits with you, so that you do not choose fast food to satisfy your hunger. If you travel for a long time, then always carry some fruit in the bag, so that the quota of eating fruits is also fulfilled and the body also gets nutrition. Include healthy diet and meals  Get enough sleep of 7-8 hours daily.
