A cup of ginger tea

Nothing will keep you warmer than a steaming hot cup of tea. It will fight off the cold temperature for you. While you make your tea you must add Ginger to it. Ginger has many antioxidant properties. It will also help your body naturally warm up.

A handful of dry fruits

Dry fruits like dates, apricot, dried figs and more are naturally warm in nature. Eating them in the winters will help your body stay warm. Dry fruits are loaded with fibre, nutrients and antioxidants, which will help you fight seasonal infections.

Whole Grains

Many nutritionists recommend the consumption of whole grains during the winter. Bajra, jowar, ragi, oat, nachni and more should be added to your diet. These grains give you a boost of energy and also help in eliminating digestion problems. Make rotis with these grains and add a generous amount of desi ghee on it.
