Benefits of nuts

Fiber, potassium, magnesium, and vitamin B6 are elements that are essential for the body. All these elements are abundant in nuts. But keep in mind that not all types of nuts have all these properties, there are some which are high in calories which can increase your weight.

Butternuts

Butternuts are also known as white nuts. It contains omega-3 fats along with monounsaturated fats, which protect against the risk of type-2 diabetes. Regular consumption of these nuts increases the glow in the skin and eyesight.

Cashew

Magnesium is found in cashew nuts. Its consumption can reduce the symptoms of PMS in women. Apart from this, it also contains mineral zinc which can prove to be very good for hair, eyes, and skin. In addition, it also reduces the risk of migraines.

Flax seeds

Peanut

Brazil nuts

Brazil nuts are also considered a good source of monounsaturated fat. Along with keeping your heart healthy, this fat also protects against serious cardiovascular diseases. It has antioxidant properties that protect against the risk of arthritis.

Almond

Almonds are a very good source of monounsaturated fat which makes your heart healthy. Regular consumption of almonds keeps you away from the risk of heart disease and diabetes. It contains fiber, magnesium, calcium, and vitamin E.

Walnut

It is beneficial to consume walnuts in winter. Being warm protects the body from winter diseases. Apart from this, it also maintains the level of cholesterol so that you remain healthy. Being an antioxidant, it is also beneficial in serious diseases like cancer.

Pistachio

By eating pistachios regularly, the level of blood sugar decreases along with controlling the number of carbohydrates in the body. Apart from this, the amount of glucose in the blood also reduces the risk of diabetes by consuming pistachios.
