Ayurveda for hair fall in men

With the help of special Ayurvedic remedies, you can make your hair shiny and long. Men’s hair is unable to fulfill their long hair wish due to a lack of good care. Ayurvedic remedies for hair growth have always existed but they have not been adopted. Here are some Ayurvedic tips.

People now rely less on the products available in the market because they contain harmful chemicals and other harsh products. Now they want to use naturally occurring Ayurvedic remedies. Natural products are now adopted for many types of common problems.

Hair growth tips  for men

Apply lemon juice in coconut oil and apply on hair Mix two spoons of olive oil in an egg and apply it to the head. Grind the onion and extract two spoons of juice from it. Massage your hair with this. Eat gooseberry jam. If there is no murabba, then eat amla every day. Massage amla oil daily. Applying aloe vera to the hair also provides nourishment. This makes the hair thick and soft. If your hair breaks then apply castor oil. Will get the benefit. Soak fenugreek seeds overnight and make a paste of it in the morning and apply it to the hair, then wash the head. Coconut milk also nourishes the hair. Therefore, massage with coconut milk once in seven days. Vitamin A, B, and C are found in abundance in potatoes. Apply its juice in the hair for half an hour and wash it. Make a paste by mixing guildhall flowers in coconut and rosewood. After that apply it to the hair for 15 minutes and wash the head. Henna is also considered good for hair nourishment. The henna must be applied to the head once a week. It will color the hair as well as make the hair soft. Mix egg and tea leaf water in henna and keep it in a black pan overnight and apply it in the hair the next morning. Hair will be fabulous. Mash a ripe pear, add olive oil and banana to it, and apply it to the head. This will also nourish the scalp. Soak the jute seeds available at the betel shop overnight. Boil them in the morning and apply the gel made from it on the head. Soak shikakai for soft and dark hair and apply it to the hair. Hair will be dark and thick. Reetha and Amla also nourish the hair. Make a paste and apply it to the hair. This gives your hair a lot of nutrition. By applying sesame oil to the hair, the root becomes strong and the hair becomes thick. Heat mustard oil, mix coconut oil, sesame oil, and castor oil, and massage the head with this super oil. You can call it super oil. It is beneficial for your hair in every way. Mix aloe vera gel in coconut oil and apply it to the hair roots. This will make your hair longer.  It fulfills the deficiency of essential nutrients in your hair.
