BLUM India launches its first State-of-the-Art Experience Centre in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, May 12, 2024….BLUM, the global leader in innovative kitchen and furniture fittings opened its first experience centre in Hyderabad at Gachibowli. 

 

 Mr Nadeem Patni, Managing Director of BLUM India and Mr Sameer Waingankar, Sales Director of BLUM India and Mr Sekhar Raju K, Director of Space Interior India joined the inaugural.

 

The new experience centre boasts an extensive array of BLUM's signature product categories, including advanced drawer systems, hinges, lift systems, and seamless motion technologies. Within these categories, visitors can explore BLUM's renowned products such as LEGRABOX, AVENTOS, CLIP top BLUMOTION, and TANDEM allowing them to witness these fantastic solutions firsthand while navigating the centre.

Giving details about Blum he said BLUM is an Austrian hardware manufacturer specializing in high-quality furniture fittings. Its main product categories include lift, hinge, pull-out, and pocket door systems for furniture. The company has eight plants in Vorarlberg, Austria; production sites in Poland, Brazil, China, and the USA; and 33 subsidiaries and representative offices globally. The company delivers to furniture manufacturers and authorized dealers in more than 120 countries. 

 

We have 60 franchisees across India. We are also expanding in Hyderabad. Another experience Centre will be opened very soon in Hyderabad, he said.  Nadeem Patni added that Hyderabad is a very good potential market for them. 

 

As we all know India is a carpenter-centric market. But, covid changed that scenario. The market has moved fast to modular furniture. After COVID-19, the modular furniture market is growing steadily.  The modular segment in our country has been growing. 

 

The Gen Next is solution-focused. From loose hardware, their preferences are shifting towards modular furniture.  The market size of our kind of products in India is about Rs 1000 crore and our goal is to garner one-third share of the same, Nadeem Patni said.
