But have you ever consumed wheat sattu? Yes, wheat sattu is also delicious and full of nutrition like gram sattu. However, gram sattu is easily available in the market. But getting wheat sattu is very difficult. 

Difference and benefits between gram and wheat sattu

Chana sattu is prepared from gram. In such a situation, it is rich in nutrients like protein, calcium, vitamin A, zinc, iron. At the same time, wheat sattu is prepared by roasting wheat. In such a situation, it is rich in nutrients like fiber, zinc, calcium, iodide, magnesium, manganese, potassium etc.

Chana Sattu is used to prepare various types of dishes like Sharbat, Litti. At the same time, wheat sattu is consumed by dissolving it like flour in panjiri or water. Some people like to eat it by adding sugar to it. At the same time, some people feed wheat sattu to children.

People who are allergic to wheat are advised not to eat wheat sattu. At the same time, gram sattu can be easily eaten by such people.

You can consume gram sattu in the form of protein powder. At the same time, you can consume wheat sattu for a fiber-rich diet.

Method of making Wheat Sattu

To prepare wheat sattu, take 1 bowl of wheat. Now roast it well on the gas. When the wheat is roasted well, leave it to cool down. After this, when it cools down, grind it well with the help of a grinder or a hand grinder. Take your wheat sattu. You can use it in a variety of dishes. 

Method to make Chana Sattu

You can also prepare gram sattu like wheat sattu. For this, take the whole gram as per the need. Now clean it thoroughly. After that keep it soaked in water. When the gram absorbs water, take it out of the water and leave it to dry in the sun. After drying the gram, roast it well. After this, add a little salt and cumin and fry it. When the gram is roasted well, take it off the gas. After that, keep it to cool down. When the gram cools down, grind it with the help of a grinder. Take gram sattu. Now you can prepare different types of dishes from it.
